Setup/Catchup
The most important part of having good books is the setup. You cannot work efficiently if your work is plagued by integration errors, missing documents or transactions, and historical errors. In this process, we’ll sign you up with software, design a chart of accounts that reflects how your business operates, and catch up on past-due accounting.
Managed Bookkeeping
Record
Each month, we do some bookkeeping! By the time we start this, you’ll be set up with the best document capture software, and know how to use it. Everything we need to work on should ideally be in there, and we’ll just get plugging away at posting transactions.
Reconcile
We don’t just reconcile with statements. We reconcile with you. We’d rather ask for clarification than miscategorize something we don’t recognize. This is a two-way street, if you’re trying something new, shoot us a note so we know how it relates to your business.
