The Brief
“We weren’t going to reopen this year”
The owners of Blind Tiger vineyards live on the property. Their basement acts as the base for their back-of-house operations. They are passionate vintners and do their best to support their employees.
However, they have discovered that running a winery is exhausting. They can’t go on a weekend retreat without their phones blowing up. No time for vacations, even in the off-season because there’s too much prep for the summer.
This is the type of small business owner that we love to help. With a few changes and a little training, we have given these winery owners defined workflows that they can fully delegate, new, almost autonomous, revenue streams, and a website that brings people in and saves admin time.
They were doing so much right already, they just needed an administrative once-over.
The Website
The Blind Tiger Vineyards property is gorgeous. All they needed was somewhere to showcase all the high-quality photos they’d already taken!

Integrating a collaboration-first email management program was a complete game changer for customer service at Blind Tiger. The vineyard opted to hire us to manage the Inbox during their off-season, and this program allowed us to manage it and notify the right people of important emails from over 500km away.
Photography
The Okanagan has plenty of skilled aspirational photographers, and Blind Tiger Vineyards has already commissioned hundreds of amazing lifestyle photos of their grounds.
They were, however, never happy with their product photography…
The Bootlegger
The Blind Tiger wine club already had a spectacular name. We just helped take it in a direction that matched the personality of the brand, precision-targeted the winery’s customer base, and make it profitable enough to become the primary revenue stream during the off-season.
Working with existing tools, customers, and vendors, we simply built a profile of the ideal subscriber and focused everything on them.
Admin Support
At C2 Marketing, our only goal is to help small business owners. We know that admin and bookkeeping and email collaboration puts many people to sleep. Not us! We love it! Our work for Blind Tiger Vineyards is an excellent example of some of the services we can perform that are tough for us to advertise or put a price on.
We negotiated and booked talent for the Live in the Vineyard live music events.
We developed a tip share sheet to calculate the tip distribution beyond payroll software’s abilities.
We managed recruiting for 2022 seasonal hiring. Created job descriptions, Managed job postings, and scheduled interviews.
Blind Tiger Vineyards already hired an external Bookkeeper but weren’t comfortable using Quickbooks. We provided some training for the owners.
